Nancy, I recently read an article from 2005 that was entitled "Love After Divorce." I am stuggling with getting divorvced. I know I am with the wrong person. Unfortunately I have two sons 4&6, which is making the choice even harder. I just wanted to say thank you for sharing your experience with me. It validates my choice and gives me hope for the future. I'm glad that you found the right person for you.
Nancy. Just finished reading the recent Reader's Digest article abour your accomplishment!!! Great. I was born and raised (many years ago) in the Monarch Mills area of Union, S.C., attended Monarch elementary & Union High schools prior to college and then the Armed forces for several years, followed by a 25 year career in radio & TV annoucing. QUESTION.. Are you related to the O'Dells that had a grocery story on the Lockhart Hiway in Monarch and/or Jack O'Dell, the owner of Midway Bar-B-Que on the Buffalo hiway northwest of Union??? These folks were/are dear friends of ours. Thanks.. Tom C. Alpharetta, GA
Nancy, I was so excited to see your beautiful face on the cover of Guideposts - May issue! It just flooded me with memories of times with you on the Teen Fashion Board at Belk and you modeling for C Parker! I am SO proud of all that you have accomplished although it's not a surprise!
Congratulations on the marriage and the blessing of a baby on the way. You look radiant.
My husband, Ben, and I have started a few ministries primarily working in Africa with the water crisis and creating jobs for women. We started Jeremiah Jewelry last year when I went to Kenya to teach a couple how to make the gemstone jewelry so they can teach other women and give them a source of income. We will have a website soon and I'll let you know. It would be wonderful to see you when you get to Myrtle Beach again. Carolyn Parker Pittman Pawleys Island, SC

Nancy, I just finished reading your article in the May, 07 Guideposts regarding the Best Buddies organization and your Aunt Ellen Sawyer. I was born and live here in Union, SC, and I have many memories of seeing your Aunt Ellen and Popee around town, especially at the Union Yellow Jacket football games. I can still see her down there cheering the team on. I think the cheerleaders even let her cheer with them. She was loved by all. I think your grandmother was also my English teacher at Central Elementary School. I now have a 4 yr. old granddaughter that was born with Sturge-Weber Syndrome and Klippel Trenaunay Weber Syndrome. It is rare congenital disease that people don't really know too much about, even doctors. Myah is a gift from God, just like your Aunt Ellen was, and we love her so much. Education is the key, and I commend you for your work with these charity organizations. You can read about Sturge-Weber online at SWF@sturge-weber.com. Congratulations on all your successes, especially that beautiful little girl of yours. I would love to hear from you sometimes. Beverly James/Union, SC
Nancy, The death yesterday of Actress Suzanne Pleshette broke tears in the news the websites and many info and stations in the u.s. We knew her name and you knew her roles she played. She was dearly and funny over the years. Bob's condolences could go out and Maria Menounos will have more. With TV Land, and American Life TV Network they kept in touch with her since the canceling the bob newhart show and newhart and the deaths of Mary Frann and Tom Poston. While most folks of newhart are gonna miss suzanne pleshette, TCM.COM and AMCTV.COM and all of us are greatful that she was a good friend on cbs and other great special. What can you and billy say about her when you get on the air?
I'm always a big fan of yours. I LOVE your style. If you ever need custom made children clothing, feel free to visit my website: http://www.georgegabriellecouture.com/
Dear Nancy, Thank you for speaking out about your mom's illness and for raising awareness about ALS. My mom died 2 years ago from ALS and my heart goes out to all of you. It is your strength and love that will help her and you do this. I am sending you love and support. I thank you for doing your part to help us find the cure.
NANCY, I RECENTLY READ THE ARTICLE ABOUT YOUR MOTHER. I WANT TO SAY I'M TRULY SORRY TO HEAR THIS. I ALSO LOST A LOVE ONE TO THIS HORRIBLE DISEASE.PLEASE HANG IN THERE AND TAKE EVERY MOMENT YOU CAN TO CELEBRATE HER LIFE WITH HER.YOU AND YOUR FAMILY ARE IN MY PRAYERS. GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR MOM.
Nancy, I am very sorry to hear about your mom. My father recently passed away from ALS at 56 years of age. I am one of 4 girls and my parents were married for 30+ years. It was devastating to learn in April of 07that his diagnosis was ALS. At first you are in denial at the suttle changes and then you can't overlook the way this disease takes over the human body. My father had the most amazing attitude. In the midst of this all my husband and I became pregnant with triplets (3 baby girls... 2 identical and one fraternal) These were my parents first grandbabies. We always say now that it took 3 little angels to make up for such an amazing man. Thank you for opening up about your mothers struggle with ALS. I hope that someday we can give people with this disease a fighting chance to survive. - Katie Yagodnik Indianapolis

I was watching Access HW tonight and saw the feature on your mother's diagnosis of ALS. I cannot tell you how sorry I am. I just lost my mother to ALS in January. She was diagnosed in Feb of last year and I still cannot believe it all. Although it's considered such a rare disease, quite a few people who have had a parent go through this devastating disease have reached out to me. I've found that very comforting. I didn't know any of these people before my mom got sick, some were friends of friends, but as soon as we got in touch, we were able to connect because so few people can ever relate to what ALS is really like. I haven't had the opportunity yet to reach out to someone who has a parent whose been recently diagnosed so I feel compelled to just let you know that I feel for you.
I'm so sorry. If I can ever be of any help or comfort to you, please feel free to reach out to me.

Hello Nancy, This is Vicki Jerideau (you knew me as Vicki Barnwell) I know you don't remember me. I was in law enforcement at the City of North Charleston Police Department. You were covering the crime scenes investigations and you were always concern about women safety. You interviewed me many of times.
I have just seen the picture of your baby; SHE IS beautiful just like her mother. I just wanted to tell you that you were always a beautiful person inside as well as out; I know your daughter will be the same way.
I will always remember you as a down to earth type of person.
If you still don’t remember me, you recommended me to the Young Careerists contest (after you won); I won the next year, thank you again for your support in that contest.
At one time you were on CMT and I watched you a lot. One question, where did that really bad country twang go? It's good to hear you now speak with your true voice. That fake country thing just didn't work.
You look good in that skirt practicing your dancing. Try again; I look forward to seeing you dance in uniform. Try dancing in the same skirt but with leggings to support your knees (that's sexy).
This is a picture I would like to see on an interview. This shows off your calves.
You will see Me soon enough at a party. I am a big muscleman with looks. You will meet Me with everyone else on the list. I am the best one Nancy. I am the Ferrari/Lamborghini sportscar. You will see that when you see Me. You will get one pass in Las Vegas; probably at Luxor. If you are on your knees; looking straight down at a Big Banana (that is what you will see).

That and a shredded six-pack that you could eat frosting off of.
This is exactly how your first pass will go through. It will be in a Hotel room at Luxor. During your Interview, you will ask to see a six pack and I will get up and lift up my shirt to show it to you.
During your inspection and pat down; you will be looking for an 8 pack. You will pull back the waistband slightly and look down to sneak a peek; and accidently drop your pen (penfinger) down below in the process. You will get a pass by retrieving your pen from Calvin Kleins. We will still be talking about a six-pack with your hand looking for your lost pen. That is how you will get your first pass.
Your new pictures look really, really good (really good). I really like the boots and mini-skirts. Your hair looks good too. I like it long.
This is what I like with a woman's hair. I like a woman's hair long with two thick wisps coming down either side to the cheeks. I like hair on top in a bun; and then the rest of the hair flowing down the backside in some type of braided style. The two wisps of hair look good jumping up and down in a vertical motion (the big banana).
One more thing, I'm going to get you in the hotttub with water about knee high; and backdoor you like that. You will be soaking wet with hair dripping into the water. I will be a gentlemen. You will be hammered, looking back.
I look forward to seeing you. I will be in L.A to get a contract for Black Batman (after that goes through is when you will see me). You will like me. I always smell like Bod or Tag bodyspray. You will get one pass for sure. You will get an easy pass (noone is paying attention to you). You can walk into Luxor Casino (when its busy) in gym attire - Spandex shorts and Sweat shirt and you would still get a pass in private. You will see alot of cum.
I like those sexy outfits-the miniskirts and heels. I'm going to backdoor you the first chance I get with a large banana ( A Big Dick). It will be with you in Lingerie and Garter belt (with heels on)with a bra. You are a very attractive woman. I will compliment you on your legs when you meet me ("Nice Legs")if you are wearing a tight miniskirt. You will get one pass nancy in vegas. The only problem will be another woman that you know trying to get a pass ahead of you.
You will get a "sleeping pass". What that means is that you will get an easy pass; go back to your hotel room; and your female roommate is still sleeping exactly how you left her (the exact same postion). You can get a pass in spandex shorts and a shirt with "hard nipples" and noone would notice. If you had that(the nipple thing); you would catch me looking. You will also catch me looking at your legs. It will be an easy pass. You will ask me to take off my shirt to see a six-pack (I will) and your pass will go through from there.
I like looking at pictures. Keep up the outfits on your show (I like that). If you have any more miniskirts to post, I will look at that too. I saw a picture of a girl riding a horse with nipples at least one inch; sticking out of her blouse; that was a very sexy picture.
